How to opt in
One 21 operates the One 21 Trusted Circle SMS program. To enroll your own mobile number, text JOIN to (701) 291-1710.
By texting JOIN, you request enrollment in recurring One 21 Trusted Circle safety alerts and related service notifications. Message frequency varies based on safety events and user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of One 21.
After JOIN, One 21 sends a confirmation disclosure and asks you to reply Y. You are not enrolled in recurring messages until you reply Y.
Important consent rules
A One 21 user may identify you as a potential Trusted Circle contact, but that action does not subscribe you to SMS and does not count as your consent. You must personally initiate the opt-in from your own mobile number by texting JOIN and then replying Y.
You may decline SMS enrollment and still use any One 21 service available to you. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of any general terms, privacy policy, purchase, or account registration.
Messages you may receive after confirmed opt-in
Messages may include user-initiated Trusted Circle safety alerts, Guardian Mode or check-in notifications, requests for assistance, service confirmations, and authorized location information when the One 21 user has chosen to share location.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent after STOP.
