Program description

One 21 Trusted Circle is a recurring safety-notification and service-messaging program. After a recipient independently opts in, One 21 may send safety alerts, Guardian Mode or check-in notifications, service confirmations, consent messages, and related safety communications. Messages may include location information when a One 21 user has intentionally enabled location sharing.

Opt-in and consent

To enroll, a recipient personally texts JOIN to (701) 291-1710 and then replies Y to the confirmation message. Adding a person as a potential Trusted Circle contact does not enroll that person. Consent to SMS is voluntary, campaign-specific, and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of One 21.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on invitations, consent interactions, safety events, Guardian Mode activity, and user-initiated alerts. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

STOP and HELP

STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from One 21 Trusted Circle messages. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

HELP: Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact One 21 through the support/contact information on the official One 21 website.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier, network, device, or service conditions.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the One 21 Privacy Policy.

Emergency limitation

One 21 and Trusted Circle SMS are not emergency-dispatch services and do not replace 911. In immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.
